Serving the San Francisco, San Jose, San Diego and Los Angeles regions, CPG Consultants LLC provides strategic green building and project development services for new construction projects. As former building inspectors, city planners, plan reviewers and policy staff with local cities, in addition to vast experience working as staff with home builders, we are proud to be a Consulting Firm that uniquely understands local code requirements and the permit approval process. With this unique background we provide unmatched services to our clients to accomplish their project goals effectively and successfully - and of course, on time and on budget.

OUR GOAL

Our goal is simple but important for all projects we take on - and that is to provide effective and efficient services that will move a project from design to development and final occupancy quickly. We work with and represent our clients to strategically keep their project on the "fast track" review and approval process with the local reviewing agency through our careful diligence and in-depth understanding of any and all local, state, and regional energy and building codes and green building requirements.
